Jeff Thi­bodeau

Jeff Thi­bodeau is deeply inter­ested in spir­i­tu­al­ity, health/wellness/fitness, writ­ing, music, nature and cre­ativ­ity and blends these pas­sions into his life and work. He is a Nat­ural Ther­a­peu­tic Spe­cial­ist (NTS), Licensed Mas­sage Ther­a­pist (LMT), Cra­nial Sacral/Core Syn­chro­nism Ther­a­pist (CST), Mas­ter of Land­scape Archi­tec­ture (MLA) and Per­sonal Growth Author. He is also an avid mar­tial artist, fit­ness enthu­si­ast, musi­cian, teacher and speaker.

Jeff received his edu­ca­tion in holis­tic health­care from the New Mex­ico School of Nat­ural Ther­a­peu­tics and a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence as well as a Mas­ters Degree from Cor­nell Uni­ver­sity. He holds a Black Belt and Instruc­tor Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion in Chi­nese Shaolin Kung Fu. He is a prac­ti­tioner of land­scape archi­tec­ture, includ­ing sacred space design and construc-tion. Jeff is also a lover of music, art and all forms of cre­ative expres­sion. He is trained in both piano and gui­tar and is a singer-songwriter, per­form­ing and record­ing orig­i­nal music.

Jeff is the author of a per­sonal growth guide­book enti­tled Be Your Best! A Roadmap to Liv­ing a Healthy, Bal­anced and Ful-filling Life. He is also a fea­tured author in Adven­tures in Man­i­fest­ing Health and Hap­pi­ness, released in Novem­ber 2011, along­side sev­eral best­selling authors includ­ing some from the New York Times Best­seller “The Secret”. Both books are intended to guide and inspire their read­ers through life chal­lenges towards their high­est potential.

In 1999, Jeff founded Helios Nat­ural Ther­a­peu­tics, A Cen­ter for Per­sonal and Plan­e­tary Health, which pro­vides ser­vices includ­ing life coach­ing, cra­nial sacral ther­apy, ther­a­peu­tic mas­sage, polar­ity ther­apy and nat­ural reme­dies in the treat-ment of acute and chronic con­di­tions. He also offers classes on top­ics includ­ing spir­i­tual poten­tial and med­i­ta­tion and is avail­able for speak­ing engage­ments. Jeff’s life and work are com­mit­ted to help­ing peo­ple attain greater bal­ance, health, hap­pi­ness and ful­fill­ment as they nav­i­gate daily life challenges.
